REFUND AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
Customers have 30 days from the date of product acquisition to initiate a refund request. For items bought but not yet dispatched, a cancellation/restocking charge of 10% applies if more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase. For items dispatched or delivered, a 30% restocking fee is applicable for returns made within 30 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.
Please note that the restocking fee is waived only for returns of products defective upon arrival. Returns for personal reasons will incur a 30% restocking charge. Depending on your location, we may provide a shipping label for returns. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to an address provided upon request.
LATE SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is a complex process, and sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive within 14 days after the end of our shipping timeframe, you may request a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding in these rare instances of late deliveries.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, the cost of returning items would exceed allowing the shipping company to destroy the goods. Failure to receive the parcel on time or inputting the incorrect address may lead to the disposal of your order, which you agree to release us from liability for in such an event by purchasing from us.
POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL
We ensure thorough quality checks before dispatch, but should a product arrive defective, report the issue within 24 hours for assistance. We will facilitate an exchange under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original state without any modifications.
- If the packaging is damaged during transit, we offer a free replacement upon evidence of damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a replacement will be sent once the return shipment is confirmed.
For any defects found after receipt, customers must notify us within 30 days to be eligible for assistance.
